The play offs follow the league and start on 18th April.

⁃ Promotion & Relegation
⁃ The 1st placed team in each league is promoted to Regional 1.
⁃ Those placed 2nd-5th qualify for the Promotion Play-Offs.
⁃ Teams placed 12th are relegated to Counties 1 Leagues.
⁃ Teams placed 10th and 11th qualify for the Regional 2 Survival Play-Offs.
⁃ Losers of Regional 1 Survival Play-Offs participate in Regional 2 Promotion Play-offs.

The first two rounds take place within each Regional 2 League.
⁃ 2nd v 5th & 3rd v 4th in Quarter Finals with each winner qualifying for the Semi-Final.
⁃ Highest placed winning qualifier hosts the Semi-Final.
⁃ The winner of the Semi-Final qualifies for the Regional 2 Play-Off Finals.
⁃ Regional 1 Survival Play-Offs take place the same week as Regional 2 Semi-Finals

In the Regional 2 Play-Off Finals, the highest seeded qualifier will be the host team
North West Qualifier & Midlands North Qualifier
